computer screen

well i was on my comp the otehr day and the screen just went off..? ... and hasnt been responding with the somputer.. i hooked it up with my other comp.. the one im usin now and it works.. so im assuming its something wrong with the other comp and not the screen.. but dunno what would be wrng with the comp..? any suggestions?

could be lots of things maby video card not seated right maby video card bad.

hmm.. well i gotta check the port first maybe there somethin wrong with that.. it just shut off while i was on

oh if the video card isnt ''seated'' right.. im guessing that just means its knocked outta pklace in the comp?

well my comp been makin a weird buzzing sound.. like a vibration.. that it never had before.. maybes thats what heppened.. im always hittin too with my legs and feet :doh:

OK I had experienced a similar problem b4. If your video card has its own fan over the processor then there is ur problem. The fan is loose or something is making it unbalanced and when your processor is vibrated it automatically shuts off. That would explain both the buzz and the monitor not working.

well i took apart the comp and took out the video card.. cleaned the fan on the video card and put it back in.. workin good now.. think it was just loose.. the fan seemed fine.. maybe it was that i dunno.. but ty bobo and thanks mike.. now i be playin in the wars this weekend :twisted:
