ok.. i usually get around 70 FPS while playin.. and its smooth.. unless theres lag or high ping etc.. now when i play im only gettin like 15 fps.. at the highest 25.. nonick said that he had the same prob but with his power wire/cord for the comp.. dunno if its that.. does anyone know why it would do this.. ???

also my comp always sounds like its ''thinking''.. like if you went to do something (start a program) the noices it makes.. it seems to do that out of no where,,,

Well what kind of GFX card do you have??

it sounds like u have a lot of programs running in the bg. Go to run and launch msconfig and deselect everything on the startup menu. Also do as fatal said, run Ad-Aware and I use Spybot Search and Destroy.

well i went into msconfig.. im stupid i didnt think of that.. but i thought it would be more than just programs in the backround.. its better now.. where i can play .. not quite what it was i dont think but.. i can play thats all that matters =D

have you tried defragging your machine sometimes that helps?

Download and use Firefox from now on, IE sucks.

Spybot is free but it aint any good tbh, the best spyware and adware remover is spyware doctor.

actually u can use the free scan from trend micro and that will get rid off all ur spybot and ad problems better then any other program out there...except ghosting but i'd be afraid to give u that program

best one ive found yet is the ewido antimalware one. its really slow but really thorough

i use hitmanpro (no not the game) its a program that u can run, and it installs a lot of different anti spyware programs.. its pretty good http://www.hitmanpro.nl its in english aswel=)
