what would you like to see on the server

hope you guys dont mind me startin a new topic , get all ur thoughts and idea's in here for what u guys want to see on the server , then the powers that be can talk between us and sort something out , just remember if we add maps then that means downloads , i personally wont wait for maps to d/load , id rather play elsewhere , just a though , see u all on our server :soldat:

I don't know how possible this is, but perhaps we could make our own campaign and take out railgun perhaps?

Rail gun is ok, it just needs the extra spawn like fP added. It makes it much tougher for Allies to sk then. It is a terribly designed map just for that reason.

Well. Its been a while since I have played a map like Venice or Desert Temple.. Heck. Haven't even managed to stay on a server long enough to try Minastirith..

But I really did enjoy Venice... Desert temple is alright. But too long. I dont know about others but I took the time to D/L the map packs when I first started ET hehe. So rare that I have to wait for anything cept Pro updates..
If it moves shoot it..

Desert temple was an awesome map. Venice is ok. As long as we dont have obscure maps no1 has ever heard of on the temple (hence no 1 will be bothered to Dl it) it should be fine.

I have played desert temple and venice too, and they are ok...but i like more of the standard maps 8)

i love venice personally.... temple is ok... caen is too small... i'd only have 1 radar and 1 beachy map as if ur to high a level allies get nailed...

ok i wanna see ANGELINA JOLIE in da nuddy on the server and pref in real life :P but maybee thats just me. as for the watermark yous wanted it is done.
Putting new maps on is fine i can write a new campaign with maybee 1 custom map init.... any more and things get a bit silly, well they have in the past.As for the spawn scripts and et pro update yeh will look into that .. aslo go check screamers new front page at midnight club.. if i can get encouragment to him maybee our web page will get to be real top also :P

I freakin hate railgun, even with the new spawn points its a very sucky map, but new spawn points would make it slightly less sucky i guess.
I love desert temple, venice is OK.
I like the idea of taking the high grass off of the radar map, thats my biggest problem with that map. You can't see whats going on for it. But doing it the way u said <font color=#FF33CC><b>teh pwnz0rer</b></font> will remove foliage from all the trees and stuff from every map won't it? Also it might remove the grass from oasis as well which i think is important to that map.

well on etpro u are allowed to set each map its own config.. so IF it would remove grass from oasis we would be able 2 fix that.. i think it doesnt remove the leafs from the trees tho because its part of the tree or something.. but i HAVE seen servers without the grass off and the leafs on the trees on and i think this is the right command.. just try imo ;)

the r_drawfoliage command has been put on the server , should remove grass from radar and so on , spawn scripts have been added to give us the tower spawn on railgun , also i have a script to stop people building east defenses on fueldump , its not on yet though , do u guys think i should add it , or leave it as it is

:shock: oh forgot angilena has bun in the oven.... :P as for watermark..anyone who cant c it check u havent switched off watermark opacity in etpro config.
as for limiting the build of defenses i dont think that is right somehow.. other add ons are good 8)

yeah, continue to allow east fence because in small teams its sometimes a ltl easier with both fences, depending on the skill of ur teammates & opponents. As for the other stuff, nice work ;)

Sure glad to see the extra spawn point on Railgun! Personally, I like the grass on radar cuz it benefits by hiding in it :P
