Actualy the age of concent in your state squee is 13. so as long as you are younger then 18 it is legal to have sex with a 13 year old. but then you get into the hole corruption of a minor charge. witch is the charge that gets put on people who the parents think is to old to date the person. corruption of a minor is when an older person keeps a younger person from doing good at school ie keeping them up so late that they cant do home work. or causing them to break a law (some parents use this when they think there underage child is being seduced by the older person). 16 is were there is no more age restrictions.
