I've heard they are messing something up with the servers... So every server would be hosted by a player, like in l4d... kind lame, cuz what I like about the COD4:MW are the 20ish slot servers...:/

yeah theres no dedicated servers in mw2, so competition / twl will suck

home team will have 0 ping

i have the game and i dont have problems with the ping, correct me if i am wrong but isnt it that they use several gamers for the server?
anyway it doenst seem to be a problem for lagging, and it seels to be better to prevent hacking and cheating..
none the less you game make 'partys' so you can play with your friends on the same server and in the same team (because you change alot from server and opponents)

well the problem with the game is that there is no dedicated servers

so its matchmaking, like xbox :s

then there is no console ` which also means there is no /record, which means there WILL be hackers, more so than other games,

and w/ out /record there will be no twl competition


so all who like to pub, this is a buy, comp players, wait for fixes

I founded a movie about a hacker on mw2, and the game isnt even that old.
and its like you said there was no admin so nobody could kick him.
Atm I dont have problems with steam, its not like i am joining a competition..
