how can I get a new cd key ?

Hi I have a problem, I can't connect to any server cause it always says "awaiting challenge" and console says " failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com" so I searched this forum and I saw someone who had the same problem... well I deleted my Etkey , now I connect to every server but got kicked each time with the same <b>freaking</b> message "no empty cd key on this server" so I'd like to know how I could get a new cd key ? thx

I remenber i had a "awainting challenge".
Try that:
uninstall/reinstall ET.
Install 2.60.
Update PB with pbsetup (you can find it in the PB 's official site).

cant resolve problem is fixed by deleting pbns.dat file.. thats what i did and it connected right after

Exactly, I had the same prob yesterday. Next time you have a problem Google it before asking people lol, cuz you got a whole range of answers up there lol that would have been a lot more work than the real answer

haha no.. today was a hassle i reinstalled et 3 times cuz i tried to figure out stuff on my own :s

My gosh, it's more simple than even that post.
Kazza, open your ET folder. Find the folder named "PB", open it and delete the file called "pbns.dat" and then connect to a server.
And learn to use GOOGLE ! !! lol It's terrible you uninstalled and reinstalled ET over and over lol.

now I have the "inadequate O/S privilege" problem and I followed all instructions I could find on the web, every forums, tried every solutions and it's still not working... someone else had a response from punkbuster and they said " play on non-pb server " LOL can u believe that ???? useless software made by unskilled people... so good bye ET

its as simple as said.. if you were getting the cant resolve to etguidauth.evenbalance.com thing, alls you do is delete pbns.dat file and it takes care of it..

some1 was sayin yesterday that pbweb dont work nomore? so they got pbsetup.exe n sorted it, dunno if that has ne inpt wotsoeva.....but as X (the big man) sez learn how to google
