major website problem

if 5 ppl visit the main page at exactly mid night central time last day / first of the month it takes for ever for page to load. and dosent load right.

all i see is our forums on a white screen... its not all that bad.. and if it only happens once whats the problem?... and why is it so major?

lol it happens once amonth i talked to the guy it is cause there server restest all the hosting bandwidth to 0 at that time
