You need to upload ur screenshot to either your own webspace (if you have it) or to an image hoster. I use image shack (free). Then either just put the link up and ppl click on it to see ur pic, or put the link on with the [img]and[/img] tags and it'll show up on ur post. I use the code below (with your own url obviously) to have a small pic, which when clicked on goes to a large pic.

looool no need 2 get angry here hun...... go to this website: http://www.imageshack.ws/ upload it there.......

To take screen shot press the "PrtScn" button its nect to the F Lock button.. once you have done that.... Go Start ---> All Programe ---> Accessories ----> Paint then right click or Ctrl+v n should paste in the empty slot.. Then Save it.
